Barb has excellent tutorials with cement, I was thinking a cement tube used to set fence posts would work too. For the planter pots a dollar store plastic bowl sei in the tube might work also. If you want drainage just drill holes in the bottom of the bowl. Make "feet" for the tiki by balling up tin foil or paper and covering with the cement.
